York, 01/25/2010 - According to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc., the firm has arranged the sale of a 30,000 sq.ft., one story warehouse property and two acres of vacant at 667 Lehigh Avenue for $1.825 million. Gary Mayzlin, a senior director at KDA, represented both the buyer, Plex Supply Co., and the seller, HJH Group, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer is a Brooklyn-based seller of industrial supplies that needed additonal warehouse and distribution space.
