York, 01/26/2010 - According to Neil Dolgin, co-president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. has arranged a 25,000 sq.ft. lease of the entire two-story building at 1857 Troutman Street in the Ridgewood section for Romas Thomas, Inc. Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler of KDA represented the tenant. Gary Diana of DY Realty Services, LLC represented the owner, Kiybar Realty. The new lease represents an expansion for Roman Thomas.
