York, 02/10/2010 - Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has completely leased its newly developed 57 Nassau Avenue, a prime retail property in Greenpoint, NY.
57 Nassau Food Corp., a gourmet deli, has signed a 10 year, 2,150 sf lease. Sindicato, Inc., a new restaurant, has commited to the other 2,150 sf with a 10 year lease.
For the 57 Nassau Food Corp. lease, Fred Rufrano of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant and Neil Dolgin of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the owner. In the Sindicato transaction, Neil and Grant Dolgin represented both the tenant and owner.
