Furniture maker leases entire Queens building

New York, 01/27/2010 - Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. arranged a 25,000 sf lease of the entire two-story building at 1857 Troutman Street in the Ridgewood section of Queens, NY for Roman Thomas, Inc., a high-end custom wood furniture maker.

Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant in the transaction. Gary Diana of DY Realty Services, LLC represented the owner, Kiybar Realty.

The new lease represents an expansion for Roman Thomas. The property at 1857 Troutman Street features abundant on street parking, close proximity to the L subway and great natural light, which is perfect for woodworking.
