York, 02/09/2010 - According to Josh Dolgin, VP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) , the firm has arranged a 4,300 sf lease for Rosado, Chechanover & Bayrasli, LLP at the Falchi Building located at 31-00 47th Avenue in Long Island City. Jeff Unger of KDA represented the owner. ROy Chipkin of CBRE represented the tenant.
The new lease represents a relocation for Rosado, Chechanover & Bayrasli, LLP, which previously had offices in Forest Hills.
