New York, 02/10/2010 - Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 6, 000 sf lease of the entire one-story building at 54-03 46th Street in the Maspeth section of Queens, NY for Marble Onyx Corp., a marble and stone fabrication company. Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant in the transaction. Gary Diana of DY Realty Services, LLC represented the owner, GD Development Co. The property at 54-03 46th Street features 4,000 sf of high-ceiling warehouse space and 2, sf of office space.
