Catholic Charities signs LIC lease

New York, 02/24/2010 - Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a long-term lease for 9,500 sf of office space at 36-40 37th Street in the Long Island City section of Queens, NY to Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services, Inc.

Grant Dolgin and Dmitri Gourianov of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the owner , Telebeam Plaza Corp., in the transaction. Allan Profeta of Premiere Properties represented the tenant. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates has also been named exclusive agent for another 9,500 sf space on the third floor of 36-40 37th Street.

That property is a three-story , 30,000 sf office building with a brand new lobby and passenger elevator. The prime Long Island City location offers convenient access to subways, buses, restaurants and shopping
