Kalmon Dolgin signs 178,056 sq.ft. Leases @ Spring Mill Corp. Center

New York, 04/26/2010 - Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates signed 178,056 sq.ft. in new leases, lease renewals and lease expansions at the Spring Mill Corporate Center, a class A office property, located at 1100 East Hector Street.

Among the new leases, Connolly Consulting committed to 17,993 sq.ft; MedTrack, Inc. took 1,849 sq.ft; and CXN leased 1,400 sq.ft.

Additionally, two warehouse tenants signed large lease renewals, including National Label Co.s 54,000 sq.ft. and PawTee Communications 31, 591 sq.ft. Davids Bridal represented the largest office space renewal with its 20,842 sq.ft. commitment.

Gabrielsen and Paul French, senior VPs at Binswanger, served as the exclusive leasing term representing both the owner and tenant directly in al leases unless otherwise noted.
