York, 05/12/2010 - The 32,000 square foot, single-story warehouse building and 21,000 quare feet of adjacent land at 280 Johnson Avenue in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn has sold for $6.2 million.
The property, which formerly served as a warehouse for Miron Lumber, will be used for a stoneslab distribution business.
Joel Kohn and Avrum Lieber of kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA) represented both the seller, Ben Messing, and the buyer Babureddy Mareddy, in the sale. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates is a real estate investment, brokerage and management firm headquartered in Brooklyn.
