York, 05/19/2010 - Weill Cornell Medical College Recently signed a lease for 10,500 square feet at the Falchi Building in Queens, NY
The five-story, mixed use building at 3100 47th Avenue is now home to Weill Cornells design center - where the company will design, build and create prototype lab facilities for use in its proposed Manhattan Medical Research Building.
Jeff Unger of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, the exclusive leasing agent for the Falchi Building, represented the landlrods in the lease, John Adams of ITRA Realty Group represented the College.
