Lease: 85 Wythe Street, North Williamsburg

New York, 05/12/2010 - Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. has arranged a seven-year, 7,500 sq.ft. lease of the entire one story warehouse building at 85 Wythe Street, North Williamsburg, Brooklyn for Colossal Media Group, the largest hand-paint advertising company in the U.S.

Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented both the owner, Wythe LLC and Colossal Media Group in the transaction.
