York, 07/29/2010 - kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. has arranged a new 3,500 square foot retail lease for TriBoro Bottle & Can Redemption Center at 71-02 Cypress Hills Street in the Glendale section of Queens, NY Neil Dolgin, Executive Vice President of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates,made the announcement.
The 20,000 square foot one story property at 71-02 Cypress Hills Street in Glendale was previously a Chrysler dealership and repair center before being converted to a multi-tenant retail center. Other retail tenants include a 99 cents variety store. The new redemption center is directly across the street from a Super Stop & Shop and is convenient to public transportation on nearby Myrtle Avenue.
