York, 02/01/2012 - Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. reports the sale of a 6,100 square foot property at the corner of Meeker Avenue and Leonard Street in Williamsburg.
The one story industrial warehouse at 336 Meeker Avenue sold for $1.4 million, according to neil Dolgin, KDA co-president.
The new owner will relocate his stainless steel fabrication business to the property, which is zoned M1-2/R6/MX8.
Joseph Nicholas of KDA represented the seller, Frost Collision Body Shop/Michael Curcio, and Bill Chang of KDA represented the buyer, Chun HOng Tand, in the transaction.
Nicholas and Chang also helped the buyer to obtain financing, according to Dolgin.
