York, 02/02/2012 - Oh! Nuts Candy Company has acquired 120-65 168th Street, in Jamaica, New York from Baisley Property, Inc. for $2.9 million or approximately $85 per square foot.
The two story, 34,000 square foot industrial property is located in the South Queens Industrial submarket Oh! Nuts Candy Company currently has four locations in the New York area and will be utilizing the property as a distribution hub. The United States Post Office currently leases a small portion of the property.
Joel Kohn and Robert Klein of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates Inc. represented both parties in the sale.
