Brooklyn Spirits, an alcohol bottling and warehousing company, has signed a 3,300 SF lease at 1829 Pacific St in Crown Heights. The company is best known for its craft vodka brand, Brooklyn Republic. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates’ Grant Dolgin repped the tenant; his colleague Jeffrey Unger repped the owner, Atlantic Properties.
