KDA Arranges Full Building Lease for Entertainment Company

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA) has arranged a new, 5,000-square-foot, full-building lease for Magick Blyss Entertainment in its relocation to 101 Morgan Ave. in Brooklyn’s East Williamsburg section. Robert Klein of KDA represented Magick Blyss in its relocation, while Grant Dolgin, also of KDA, represented landlord Wilmington Property Associates LLC in the deal.

The entertainment company will use the new, two-story building as a dance and recording studio. Founded by Kevin Huente of “So You Think You Can Dance” fame, Magick Blyss is relocating from a 5,000-square-foot space at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church in Bedford-Stuyvesant, which recently was sold to a developer.

Over the past decade, Huente has worked with top artists in the hip-hop and R&B industry. Magick Blyss uses dance, music, film and fashion to build up young people through performance, training and development
