Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. has arranged a new, 15,000 s/f lease for SH – Sutton Street LLC, a firm that builds and rents out artist studios and offices, at 100 Sutton Stret in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn.

KDA’s Neil, Grant & Josh Dolgin represented both the landlord, Richfield Properties, LTD, and the tenant in the lease of the entire second floor of the two-story, 30,000 s/f property at 100 Sutton Street.

Ready Set, a set design and construction firm, occupied the entire first floor of the property.
