Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA) has arranged an 18,350 s/f relocation lease for Bobphil LLC (dba Liform Imports) a metal and wooden furniture wholesaler and distributor at 58-25 52nd Avenue in the Woodside neighborhood of Queens.

Neil Dolgin and Grant Dolgin of KDA represented the owner, RHK Associates LLC, in the deal, while Vincenzo Amato of Harvest International represented the tenant, Liform Imports.

The furniture wholesaler and distributor had outgrown its space, and is relocating from an approximately 10,000 s/f space at 69 West Street in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood.

Liform Imports will occupy 18,350 s/f of the 25,600 s/f building at 58-25 52nd Avenue, using the space for warehousing and distribution of its furniture, minor repair, and office space.

Amenities at the property include one drive-in door, one interior loading dock, oil heat. There is also office space with HVAC and multiple bathrooms that the tenant will be renovating.

The property at 58-25 52nd Avenue is between 58th Street and 58th Place, near the Brooklyn Queens Expressway, Long Island Expressway and Queens Boulevard. It offers access to the Q39 bus route, and is a few short blocks from the number 7 subway line.
