Manufacturers are still finding space in New York City – even in the increasingly hip Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn.
BSH Woodwork Inc., a woodworker and cabinet maker, signed a lease for 2,100 sq.ft. of space at 109 Hausman Street in a heavily industrial part of the neighborhood.
“BSH Woodwork is a new business looking to expand its reach in Brooklyn. There is still a high level of demand for quality industrial space, especially in Brooklyn and Queens,” said Neil Dolgin co-president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, which represented both the tenant, BSH Woodwork, Inc., as well as the landlord, MNH Realty, in the transaction.
The one story building at 109 Hausman Street totals 70,000 sq.ft. and is nearly fully-occupied. It’s close to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway and Metropolitan Avenue – in addition to the subway.
