Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates has negotiated a lase expansion for Fast Action Inc. at 396 Johnson Avenue in Brooklyn.

KDA broker Grant Dolgin arranged a deal for the art gallery/art storage provider to lease the remaining 2,500 square foot of the 7,500 square foot building.  Last year, KDA worked with Fast Action to sign its initial 5,000 square feet at the property, for which KDA is the exclusive broke.  Grant Dolgin represented the tenant and the owner, Wilmington Property Associates, LLC, in the deal at 396 Johnson Avenue.
