Fast Action Inc. signed a nine – year lease with a five year option for 2,500 square feet to expand its space at 396 Johnson Avenue in Brooklyn.
The art gallery and art-storage provider will now occupy the entire 7,500 square foot building.
The tenant and the landlord, Wilmington Property Associates, were represented by Grant Dolgin of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates. The asking rent was $40.00 per square foot.
