World Wide Plumbing Supply purchased for around $9 million warehouse buildings totaling approximately 100,000 square feet at 125 Lake Avenue, Staten Island, New York.
Royal Seafood Baza exercised a purchase option for its 50,000 square foot warehouse at 175 Lake Avenue, Staten Island.
The purchase price was approximately $4.05 million.
Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates was the seller of both properties and also represented both buyers in the deals.
