A five-lot portfolio totaling nearly 1.1 million square feet across two parcels and 24.5 acres has come to market as a prime industrial development opportunity on Staten Island. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA) is exclusive sales agent for the two parcels at 4482 Arthur Kill Rd. and 742 Sharrots Rd. in the borough’s West Shore-Charleston neighborhood. They’re being offered in one package for $23 million.
