The tenant was represented by Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates
The master tenant, Doe Fund, was represented by Denham Wolf’s Lauren Davis and Stephen Powers. There was no landlord broker. The asking rent was $16.00 per square foot.
