A wholesaler beet distributor has signed a 10 year lease, with a five year option to renew, for a 6,200 square foot space in this 10,000 square foot one story building, also occupied by Jolee Seafood.
The beer company was previously located at 402 Meeker Avenue, which is being redeveloped as a hotel in Williamsburg.
