The three buildings total 38,600 SF, plus a combined 12,500 SF of land. The buyer plans to rent out the available space to prospective tenants from the community for various uses.
“The area is attractive to retail and office tenants, and the residential community is expanding into the neighborhood as well,” said Neil Dolgin. “The sale of these sites opens up a large amount of space, providing multiple opportunities for businesses across the region.”
