Magick Blyss Entertainment, an entertainment company that has worked with hip-hop and R & B artist, has signed a five year lease for this entire 5,000 square foot, two story building.

The new space, to be used as a performance arts center and a recording studio, features 17 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, a terrace and skylights.  The company, which was founded by Kevin Hunte, a hip hop dancer who made it to the top on the Fox television competition “So You Think You Can Dance” in 2009, received a two month rent concession.  It previously leased space at a church in Bed-Sty, which was sold to a developer.  The opening is set for September.
