Maxx signed a three-year lease for 3,700 square feet at 41 Gardner Ave. in Williamsburg. The apartment furnishings retailer plans to use the entire ground-level warehouse and showroom space on Ingraham Street for selling its tiles, fixtures and luxury items. The tenant was represented by Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates’ Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler. The landlord, Levy Realty, was represented in-house. The asking rent was $19.20 per square foot.
