UPDATED: April 29, 11:56 a.m.: Supply chain management firm SDI – like a hip person who knows how to economize – is moving from Williamsburg to Maspeth, Queens.

The company signed a five-year lease to take 41,000 square feet at 46-35 54th Road, a warehouse owned by real estate investors operating under the name Queens 54th Realty

Asking rent at the space was $16 per square foot. The lease also has an option to renew for five additional years, the Commercial Observer reported.

SDI will use the space, which has two interior load docs and a 6,500-square-foot office, for distribution and storage. The firm will leave its current space at 314 Scholes Street in Williamsburg, where it occupies the lower two floors.
