Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates has arranged a 7,200-square-foot lease for QB (Queens Brewery) Collective, a New York state-based brewery at 1539 Covert St. in the Ridgewood section of Queens.
The real estate services firm represented both tenant and landlord in the deal. The brewing company will occupy 7,200 square feet—including a 2,400-square-foot lot of land—of the 35,000-square-foot building.
