Grant joined the family business towards the end of 2007.  At that time, Grant helped oversee the complete renovation, and leasing, of ‘The Bakery Building’, an approximately 86,000 SF former jelly manufacturing facility across from McCarren Park in Northside Williamsburg. Grant interacted daily with the general contractor, electrician, plumber, architects, attorneys, and city agencies.

Since, Grant has continued to split his days between his property management responsibilities, and obtaining new exclusive brokerage opportunities.  Grant has knowledge and experience managing a number of different properties: industrial warehouses, multi-storied commercial lofts, mix-use buildings, medical office buildings, retail shopping centers, and vacant land. With respect to brokerage, Grant has represented leasing and sales transactions totaling over 1 million square feet, all over Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Long Island.

Grant received his B.A. in Economics with a minor in International Business from Brandeis University in 2004.  Grant lives with his beautiful wife and 2 children in Port Washington.  During his free time, Grant enjoys playing a round of golf, exploring new locations, and is an avid sports fan.
