Josh is the Vice President of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates and KND Management Co. Over the last 25 years, he has been instrumental in growing the family’s investment portfolio beyond the NYC metro market, and expanding the firm’s institutional property management division. Josh is involved in all of the functions related to the purchase and development of income-producing real estate, including site selection and negotiations with sellers, equity partners and lenders. In recent years, Josh’s acquisition focus has been on medical office buildings and on upgrading obsolete industrial buildings.

Josh graduated from Syracuse University and received his master’s in real estate from NYU. When not at work you might find him either skiing with his wife Rebecca, or playing guitar in The Dog Star, a local Grateful Dead tribute band.
