1101 Avenue M LLC purchased for $6.8 million 1101 Avenue M in Midwood, Brooklyn.  The 10,750 square foot space was sold by Nieberg Midwood Chapel, a family-run funeral home for people of the Jewish faith.  Kalmon Dolgin represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates has arranged a long-term lease of a 154,830 square foot single story building at 77 Metro Way in Secaucus, New Jersey on behalf of Manhattan Range Rover, which plans to use the building to store and prep new vehicles for its tri-state area dealerships.  Chaus Realty represented the owner, Hartz Mountain.
